Neutral Density Filters

Neutral Density Filters are durable and highly stable over a wide temperature range. They can be washed with almost any detergent or non-abrasive cleaner and are far superior to plastic of gelatin filters.

Standard densities range from 0.05 to 4.0 with any intermediate value. Light transmission may be specified instead of density. These filter coatings can be supplied on any glass substrate deposited directly on optical elements when design does not allow sufficient space for a separate filter element.
